I am a Transport Psychologist registered to conduct research in the field, and hold a Master’s degree in Social Psychology. My specialization is in the psychology of optimal functioning, integrating psychological knowledge with sports and business coaching. My focus areas include flow, deliberate practice, development of well-functioning teams and families, and achieving success without excessive pressure.
