I am deepening my expertise and continuously developing my skills by integrating Lean Manufacturing principles with Transport Psychology and psychometric methodologies. My goal is to enhance focus, workplace safety, and operational efficiency in the factory setting, while simultaneously fostering personal development for each individual employee. I am particularly focused on supporting employees to remain mentally engaged and proactive during periods of high automation, ensuring they can continue to grow, adapt, and thrive in a highly mechanized work environment.
